Therapy with Michaela
Michaela is a Psychologist (general) and Psychotherapist, mainly using psychodynamic therapy, providing treatment and assessments (neurodiversity, cognition, personality) for all ages (3 years till late adulthood). She is a trained psychodynamic group psychotherapist. Michaela also provides supervision (registered supervisor with AHPRA).
Lara Dolling is an Endorsed Clinical and Counselling Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples across a wide range of mental health and life challenges. She provides a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental therapeutic space, working collaboratively with clients and holding a strong belief that meaningful change is possible. Her approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and hope, with a trauma-informed and attachment-based framework.
Lara’s professional background includes psychiatric and drug and alcohol services, youth mental health, private practice, community health, paediatrics, and reproductive and fertility psychology. She has extensive experience working with complex trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, substance use, grief and loss, fertility-related concerns, and relationship difficulties. Lara draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, sensorimotor therapy, and motivational interviewing, using an integrative and flexible approach tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Ariella Rosinger Psychologist
With 3 decades of experience, Ariella uses psycho-dynamic and cognitive approaches to facilitate mental health, self-knowledge, self-development and change. The consultation process aims to add value for the long term, as well as seeking improvement for the short term.
Ariella sees adult individuals for: Life Transitions, Relationships, Separation, Stress, Loss, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Illness, Terminal Illness, Sleep, and General discontent.
Ariella is a certified and trained psychologist and psychotherapist (MAPsych), registered with AHPRA (General), and APS. In the past 2 decades Ariella has been dedicating 3 weekly hours on a regular basis through each year, to update, expand, and deepen her professional knowledge. She has been participating in ongoing professional study groups, and in ongoing peer supervision settings as a part of her yearly professional development.
Kym Lang, Clinical nutritionist
Kym Lang is an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist BNutr and member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). Kym will support you to improve your digestive health, manage chronic digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, bloating and food intolerances, and build a positive relationship with food.
With over a decade of clinical and public health experience, Kym combines evidence-based nutrition with a practical, compassionate approach. Her focus is on helping you feel better now, while also supporting your long-term health and wellbeing. She offers personalised digestive health consultations in-clinic and via telehealth through her practice, pip nutrition.
