Therapy with Michaela

A holistic approach to mental health. Learn how to understand trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout & neurodiversity, and others.

Apart from in-person and online sessions, I offer a number of online courses for those who want to learn new skills and develop new insights without attending regular psychological sessions.

Michaela is an open-minded psychologist and psychotherapist trained in Europe and Australia. She provides therapy sessions in four languages: English, Czech, Slovak and German.

Michaela focuses on a holistic approach, helping people to understand their own unique experience, so they feel fulfilled and empowered in their day-to-day life, and are able to grow and achieve their full potential. When we don't receive the attunement we need, especially early in life, it's easy to carry a quiet sense that something must be wrong with us, that we are somehow broken. You are not broken, and therefore, you don't need to be fixed. Often, these feelings stem from experiences in which others took power away from you, leaving you disconnected from your own sense of wholeness. Together, we can gently find a way back to it. Through a holistic, tailored approach, Michaela offers a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with who you truly are.

From individual and group therapy sessions to ADHD, ASD, cognitive and personality assessments, Michaela offers tailored treatment based on the needs of the client.

She works with complex mental health issues, including trauma, addiction, and neurodiversity. Michaela provides thorough assessments for both children (ages 3+) and adults.
