Psych-ed groups

Psycho-education groups are one-off groups, centred around a specific topic.  

These groups are offered to organisations as training for their staff. A number of topics are available including stress management, mental health, communication and more.

Prices vary depending on the duration of the training. Training can be between a half day to two days, e.g. 3hrs to 12hrs in duration.
