Yes. We offer in-person sessions in Hampton, Melbourne, as well as secure telehealth appointments for clients across Victoria. Telehealth provides a flexible option for those who prefer to access support from home or live outside the local area.

No referral is required to book an appointment. However, if you are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan through your GP, you may be able to access Medicare rebates for psychological sessions.
